Impatriates in France discover habits, formalities and a culture that are all very new

The famous “French cultural exception” is not an empty phrase. The impatriate discovers a country whose codes he  or she almost, if not entirely, ignores. The seminar aims to offer keys to life in France; it also allows participants to express their experience, to share their interrogations and to explore and discuss solutions together. Seminars are composed of several autonomous modules:

  • Arriving in France: this helps prepare administrative and logistic actions
  • Preparing one’s arrival in France: this aims to help one acquire the tools to understanding one’s new environment in order to alleviate the cultural choc, apprehend social and professional codes and facilitate the transition
  • Becoming an actor of one’s mobility: this aims to help one become aware of the profound change that an expatriation brings about as well as facilitate the integration once in France.

All seminars are animated by a consultant who is specialised in administrative formalities and a coach specialised in international mobility issues. The sessions alternate theory and practice with practical exercises of role-play.
